We are Talon Republic. We are a private organization that focuses on annexing locations and organizing trade on game servers, as well as running "operations" against certain personnel/cartel if needed. Our unit structure is based on a military hierarchy. We have an element of military simulation in all of our unit activities. This includes unit events, basic combat training for new recruits, and operations.

...because amateurs train till they get it right, and professionals train until they can't get it wrong. Enlisting into our Republic Recruits start at the position of Cadet and work their way up based on merit and experience. Staff positions are awarded to members who demonstrate leadership, advanced understanding of unit and military strategy and organization, and the ability to teach the above qualities. Enlistment in Talon Republic includes being placed into a squad and receiving training on the tactics and protocols required for successful operations. Talon Republic is flexible, in the sense that activities are organized around member availability and the potential benefit from the activity.
